Oil Accumulator

Prevents intermittent loss of pressure that can occur under hard acceleration, 
severe cornering, or hard braking.  If the oil pressure drops below optimum levels, 
accumulator provides the necessary oil.  The chamber, behind internal piston, has 
initially been charged with 6 lbs. of air.  After engine is running, 
an additional 3 quarts of oil are added to the engine.
